German Zoo Says Justin Bieber’s Illegal Monkey “Still Has Issues”

The capuchin formerly owned by pop star Justin Bieber still displays signs of developmental damage and he struggles to communicate with other monkeys. When Bieber expressed interest in getting another monkey in 2016, NAPSA asked him “Please do not repeat this foolish endeavor.”
